This course introduces all the disciplines related to international business, including international management, finance, marketing, accounting, operations, and law. 

Students will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage the challenges presented by globalization, changing world markets, and cultural differences. The course will explore the world of international business and management, offering insight into both the “whats” and “whys” of global differences. 

The content covers a wide range of topics, including industries, competitors, regions, and markets, from the perspective of practicing managers. Additionally, the course provides an overview of all the contributions and points of contact between the different areas of international business and the disciplines that form their foundation.

METHODOLOGY

The course will consist of lectures and practical examples of International Business and Management. We will be examining both technical and human factors to comprehend the importance of the relationship between business and culture. The professor will provide lecture notes and other supplementary materials, which will be made available on the course website at least one day prior to the scheduled lecture.
